Marine Oil Filters My 30hp Outboard Marine Motor Chugs When Driven At Full Speed. Sometimes It Stalls. What Is The Cause & Repair?

My 30hp outboard marine motor chugs when driven at full speed. Sometimes it stalls. What is the cause & repair? - marine oil filters

The Honda engine is the pontoon 16 or 18 '. I usually go at full speed. I pulled my son 9 to 10 years, skiing with the pontoon. The only device on the dashboard is RPM. If the boat goes, it feels like someone grabs below and keep it for a few seconds and the engine begins to stop. When I play with the throttle and slowly, he can forward. If the speed again, breathing again after a few minutes. The oil was changed a few weeks ago and a new filter was placed in the same time. Suggestions on what's wrong and what do you do?

It could be the carburetor or something like that does to the mechanics of the unit, to or worm. Bring to a medical shop, before you blow up the air will cost a lot of money.
