I've heard that if you keep your Pokemon a nugget that your chances for a bright shiny pokemon Rayquaza will increase. Is that true? Also, avoid any help would catch a shiny Rayquaza / Groudon / cryogenic / three Regi useful. Thank you!

I think I am sending a pokemon with a seed has no effect. Nuggets are only used to sell at high prices. Shiny Pokemon (not really "brilliant" are only different color) than normal really rare. I have three, and they were all fighting in the battle of the pyramid at the border, so I couldnt catch SEVIP I have a green, orange Plusle dark red, and a Pikachu.
All the legends are hard to catch, but you can do. Catch a lot of ultra balls and / or Timer Balls. You need. Put them to sleep (or until Rayquayza Groudon and Kyogre and use) of the rest wait.
