I am thinking of asking a family member to co-sign for me? - second mortgage with poor credit
Has anyone had to do that, how do I get it? I need about 30K to refinance a second mortgage to pay for (my credit is low). Can anyone help or give suggestions ..... I'm afraid I will not say and I'll sell it?
